Tailor-made to help you get the most of your fitness programme, 1-on-1 training is perfect for individuals who want dedicated and focused workouts to ensure they achieve their targets and transform their lives. Whether you’re looking to increase muscle tone, burn body fat, increase endurance, or just improve your quality of life, opting for a personal trainer will put you on the right track.

    1-on-1 training is also ideal for people with busy lifestyles who struggle to find the time to hit the gym. Your personal trainer will work with you to plan a schedule around your commitments, keeping you motivated and excited for your next session. Building a relationship with your trainer will also keep you accountable. There’s always going to be the temptation to put your training off till tomorrow, but knowing you’re in a fitness partnership with someone is great way to stay on track and not fall off course.

  • Post Natal Mums Programme

    Repair your pelvic floor and core muscles after the birth of your baby, with this 8 week programme designed especially for you!

    Congratulations firstly, I hope you are managing to find your feet, in the difficult first weeks!

    thanks for getting in touch. I am really excited to be starting this programme, as I think there is a lot of misinformation for new mums out there and pressure to get back to things too quickly and maybe not safely.

    The course is going to be run as an 8 week 'get started' block.

    This is going to cover ,Diastasis Recti, repair and control of the core muscles in the abdomen and the pelvic floor. In essence getting you ready to get back to the gym, or more high energy fitness.

    There will be a follow on course, comprising 8 weeks, or rolling monthly memberships, covering this once the 8 weeks is done.

    Location: AB30 1RP

    Time: TBC (convenient for all)

    The cost will be £80 for the 8 week course.

    Courses are limited to 4 mums per time.

    Included are the weekly session, any handouts with exercise guidance, access to you tube videos for reference, a private facebook group, weekly check in sheets.

    Join in as soon as up to 2 weeks after the birth of your child, assuming you feel well enough and had no complications.

Whether it’s whey protein, creatine, amino acids or glutamine, understanding what these are and how they affect you will keep you strong both in mind and in body.

  • 6 Week Done for You Meal Plan

    You know that nutrition is 80% of the success of any new fitness plan. Let me take the hassle out of knowing what to eat and what not to eat for your body to help you achieve maximum results.

    Complete the questionnaire to get a bespoke meal plan for 6 weeks, including recipes, if you choose to.  It can incorporate all types of dietary requirements and taste preferences!

    A great mix of bodyweight conditioning, cardio, and core work. A great all over toner, with a changing workout each week, to provide a total workout and access those hard to reach muscles. Suitable for all abilities.

    For all mums, tone up wobbly tummys, and get arms ready to lift baby and growing toddlers! Bring baby too, a relaxed class, with other mums.

I am that mum squeezing some squats when the kettle boils, holding a plank in the adverts! I can relate to the hunger cravings and saboteurs out there to derail you, and the struggle to find the time and not feel guilty about exercising. I know the difficulty in cooking good healthy meals that the whole family can enjoy that still help you stay on track, and how to help you if you get a little of plan! I want you to feel like you love yourself again and that you are worth it!

I love being outdoors and combining exercise with nature, either walking my dog, running in the woods or climbing hills and cycling with my kids.
